If we could summarize Downtown Days 2024 it would be “great”! The crisp mornings gave way to warm and sunny days followed by cool autumn evenings and it would be hard to ask for better weather.
It was said that the crowd was one of the biggest we’ve had on a Friday night. Friday night highlighted some amazingly talented musicians that call Adair County home. The evening started with The Lindsey Family and closed out with The Green River Band. The food court and vendor area stayed busy all evening.
Saturday was full of activities, music, food and people! We had so many people (including our festival committee) anxiously awaiting the arrival of TikTok sensation Tayler Holder and he did not disappoint! Tayler and his band put on a high-energy show and made lots of new fans in Kentucky! We were thrilled to see so many young people excited for his show. Besides being talented Tayler and his bandmates were gracious, friendly and stayed for a long time after the show signing autographs.
Billy Dean closed out the festival, playing all his best 90’s music. He sounded absolutely amazing, his songs brought back all the memories!
